HOSPITALITY MANAGER

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic to take over the role of Hospitality Manager at Avenue HQ, Liverpool. This is an exciting and dynamic role and an ideal candidate would be equally flexible in fulfilling the role requirements as part of a small, passionate team. Goal setting for yourself and others will be a key factor in your success, as will strong organisational skills, forward planning and an awareness of the logistics of a multi-faceted hospitality operation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality as well as a professional interest, they will be key in making important decisions about the future of the Hospitality at Avenue HQ including but not limited to food and product direction, menus, event organisation, and suppliers.

COMMUNITY MANAGER

LOCATION: LEEDS

They are responsible for managing the deliverance all operational activities in relation to the site; sales, marketing and events. They are an innovators – constantly striving to better our offering. They have killer attention to detail and truly care about every member, employee and customer. They do whatever it takes to get the job done – and crucially inspire and instill this within others. They are key to promoting an exceptional working environment in their home site in response to the needs of members, delivering results above and beyond every single time.

COMMUNITY ASSOCIATE

LOCATION: LEEDS

SALARY: £17,000

START DATE: JULY 2018

Our Community Associates are absolutely key to the smooth running and member satisfaction at each of our sites. They are the number one daily point of contact for our members and anybody visiting the site, be it for a meeting, event or as a day pass holder and give the human element to their home site, guiding the way in which the community uses the space. They are expected to have a specialism such as hospitality, marketing and outreach or member services and will be in charge of delivering this area dynamically and successfully with in their site, guiding the decisions of the Community Manager in their particular area. Crucially our Community Associates are team players and can work harmoniously together to delivery a high quality product representative of Avenue HQ as a brand. They will be experts in their local areas and able to find their place within the wider business community while retaining the member at the focus of their mission.

COMMUNITY ASSOCIATE

COMMUNITY ASSISTANT – LEEDS

JOB TYPE: PART-TIME

SALARY: £8.00/HOUR

We are on the hunt for a multi-skilled, flexible and energetic individual to help Avenue HQ run on a daily basis. Our Community Assistant will help create a positive, energetic work environment and support the wider team to ensure standards are kept high and operations are slick.

This role offers flexible working hours with the day-to-day work taking place around our busiest periods to help deliver a great experience for our members and guests. As well as this the role will require some evening work as well, to run our on-site event facilities.

FRONT OF OFFICE ASSOCIATE

LOCATION: LEEDS

Our Front of Office Associates are absolutely key to the smooth running and member satisfaction at Avenue HQ. You’ll be the first person visitors are greeted by each day, and will truly be the face of your site. Whether its for a meeting, event or as a member you’ll guide the way in which the community uses the space, and will leave a lasting impression. We are recruiting for a Front of Office Associate to work with the site team to ensure all guests and members are welcomed and assisted from the very start of their visit, whether it’s their first time or their hundredth. You’ll need to be knowledgeable on site systems and computer literate. You’ll be the go to person to give assistance on anything site related and you’ll get to know the members personally, helping them with anything from day to day guidance, events, room bookings and handling mail.

BOOKKEEPER (PT)

LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE

SALARY: COMPETITIVE

START DATE: IMMEDIATE FOR RIGHT CANDIDATE

We are looking for an experienced part time Bookkeeper to take responsibility for The Avenue Group’s effective control of its financial resources. The role will also entail control of the IT and administrative procedures involving accounting, invoicing and payroll systems in order to contribute to the the delivery of the company’s overall community and commercial objectives. It is a part time position suited to an experienced Bookkeeper with both an accounting qualification and viatally post qualification experience within a similar sized business. You should be able to supply and prove a successful track record of managing financial operations within a medium size or high growth business and have experience and familiarity with current legislation and practises.
