MARKETING MANAGER – HEAD OFFICE

We are looking for a highly-talented Marketing Manager to take charge of our day-to-day marketing operation, at our existing sites and new expansions. The role requires a strong knowledge of all marketing channels, with the ability to manage and outsource where necessary, to deliver a high quality and consistent output. Reporting into our Commercial Lead, you will work to deliver against the strategy set out by Senior Leadership, providing your own strategy on how this can be delivered.

Good technical marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, CRM) is key, as is the ability to lead on creative marketing campaigns, for both our workspaces and our hospitality venues. You will directly line manage our Marketing Associates, and will have support from all areas of the business in delivering the best day-to-day marketing performance. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – LIVERPOOL

We are recruiting for a skilled Business Development Manager to work with the General Manager and oversee the bookings and outreach of our exciting new venue, including the impressive events spaces. You’ll be results driven and want to become vital to the success of the business. It’s a given that you will be hot on punctuality, organisation, standards and a dedicated hard worker – managing the bookings throughout the space and aiding the General Manager in running the venue.

COMMUNITY ASSISTANT – LEEDS

A Community Assistant’s role is varied and helps make Avenue HQ tick, they get to know our members by name and help create a positive, energetic work environment. With flexible working hours, our Community Assistant’s day will work around our busiest periods to help deliver a sleek experience for our members and guests. This role will change day-to-day with no job too big or small. They’ll resolve issues as they arrive, run errands, complete office admin duties and keep Avenue HQ looking and running at a high standard by completing daily checklists for upkeep.

SALARY: £17000-18000

Our Community Associates are absolutely key to the smooth running and member satisfaction at each of our sites. They are the number one daily point of contact for our members and anybody visiting the site, be it for a meeting, event or as a day pass holder and give the human element to their home site, guiding the way in which the community uses the space.
