EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO

The Avenue HQ Group is looking to hire a competent Executive Assistant to fully support the CEO in the running of the organisation. You will have the responsibility of ensuring the smooth running of the Group’s administration through the continuous development and implementation of systems and processes. You will be at the heart of the company, with a level of access and exposure that requires high levels of discretion and loyalty.

ADMINISTRATION ASSOCIATE

LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE, LIVERPOOL

START DATE: IMMEDIATE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

The Avenue HQ Group is looking to hire a competent Administration Associate to fully support the Directors in the running of the organisation. You will be responsible for the administrative services of the company and will directly report to the Directors, working closely with them within the Head Office team. You will ultimately have the responsibility of ensuring the smooth running of the Group’s administration through the continuous development and implementation of systems and processes.

Finance Manager

LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE – LIVERPOOL

SALARY: COMPETITIVE

This role is key to supporting the ongoing growth of the Avenue HQ Group. The individual will be a trusted member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the Directors on all matters, and having a real impact on the strategic direction of the Group.

The role will be responsible for the Group’s financial data and controls. You will ensure that effective measures are implemented to deliver timely, accurate and compliant reporting of actual, forecast and budgeted financial performance. You will develop a deep understanding of the business, its operations and commercial objectives, and support the team to achieve the desired growth.

COMMUNITY MANAGER – LEEDS

LOCATION: LEEDS

SALARY: COMPETITIVE – BASED ON EXPERIENCE

START DATE: JULY 2018

They are responsible for managing the deliverance all operational activities in relation to the site; sales, marketing and events. They are an innovators – constantly striving to better our offering. They have killer attention to detail and truly care about every member, employee and customer. They do whatever it takes to get the job done – and crucially inspire and instill this within others. They are key to promoting an exceptional working environment in their home site in response to the needs of members, delivering results above and beyond every single time.

COMMUNITY ASSOCIATE – LEEDS

LOCATION: LEEDS

SALARY: £17,000

START DATE: JULY 2018

Our Community Associates are absolutely key to the smooth running and member satisfaction at each of our sites. They are the number one daily point of contact for our members and anybody visiting the site, be it for a meeting, event or as a day pass holder and give the human element to their home site, guiding the way in which the community uses the space. They are expected to have a specialism such as hospitality, marketing and outreach or member services and will be in charge of delivering this area dynamically and successfully with in their site, guiding the decisions of the Community Manager in their particular area. Crucially our Community Associates are team players and can work harmoniously together to delivery a high quality product representative of Avenue HQ as a brand. They will be experts in their local areas and able to find their place within the wider business community while retaining the member at the focus of their mission.

COMMUNITY & MARKETING ASSOCIATE – LEEDS

LOCATION: LEEDS

SALARY: £16,000-18,000 PER ANNUM

START DATE: IMMEDIATE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

Our Community & Marketing Associates are absolutely key to the smooth running and member satisfaction at each of our sites. They are the number one daily point of contact for our members and anybody visiting the site, be it for a meeting, event or as a day pass holder and give the human element to their home site, guiding the way in which the community uses the space. They are expected to have a specialism such as hospitality, marketing and outreach or member services and will be in charge of delivering this area dynamically and successfully with in their site, guiding the decisions of the Community Manager in their particular area.

This role requires a Marketing and Outreach specialism and a degree level qualification in this field or prior relevant experience would be advantageous. 

SALES ASSOCIATE – LEEDS

SALARY: £16,000-18,000 PER ANNUM

Our Community & Sales Associates are absolutely key to the smooth running of each of our sites. They are the number one daily point of contact for our members and anybody visiting the site, be it for a meeting, event or as a day pass holder and give the human element to their home site, guiding the way in which the community uses the space. They are expected to have a specialism such as hospitality, marketing and outreach or member services and will be in charge of delivering this area dynamically and successfully with in their site, guiding the decisions of the Community Manager in their particular area.

This role requires a sales specialism and a degree level qualification or prior relevant experience would be advantageous.

SALARY: £16,000-18,000 PER ANNUM
