Head of Marketing & Brand

Location: HEAD OFFICE

Salary: £26,000-30,000 per year

We are looking for a highly diverse and talented Marketing and Brand Manager to take charge and shape the direction of Avenue HQ as we expand throughout the UK. The role will require a strong knowledge of the full marketing sector and the ability to manage and outsource where necessary to deliver a high quality voice consistent with our brand ideologies and commercial focuses. Strategy will be at the forefront of your thinking but Avenue HQ’s community ethos will remain truly at the heart. You will need to be as comfortable within a one on one client introduction  as you are delivering self managed quality output from behind a computer screen. You will be the face of the business in many ways, especially in new cities and must stay reactive and ahead of the market curve in terms of technology and building valuable relationships within the sector.


Community Manager

Location: LEEDS

Salary: £26,000-30,000 per year

Sales LEAD

Location: LEEDS

Salary: COMPETITIVE PLUS COMMISSION

We are recruiting a driven and competitive Sales Lead to help us emerge within new cities by creating valuable leads and handling all areas of the sales process for offices and memberships. The ideal candidate will have previous proven success within a similar sales position and be target motivated. As our key Sales Lead you’ll take ownership of prospecting, outreaching and ultimately generating leads for the operation. You’ll be able to guide prospective members through the entire sales process from initial meeting through to sign off before handing over to the Community team to complete onboarding. You’ll be instrumental to the successful landing of Avenue HQ within new cities, and will be rewarded for your successes and sales completions with a generous, transparent commision structure.


finance & Hr Manager

Location: Head Office

Salary: £26,000-30,000

The Finance and HR Manager will be responsible for the efficient running of The Avenue Group back office operations and the effective control of its financial and human resources. The role will also entail control of the IT and administrative procedures involving accounting, invoicing and payroll systems in order to contribute to the the delivery of the company’s overall community and commercial objectives. It is a position suited to an experienced Finance Manager with both an accounting qualification and viatally post qualification experience. You should be able to supply and prove a successful track record of managing financial operations within a medium size or high growth business and have experience and familiarity with HR management and current legislation.


Community Associates

Location: leeds

Salary: COMPETITIVE

Our Community Associates are absolutely key to the smooth running and member satisfaction at each of our sites. They are the number one daily point of contact for our members and anybody visiting the site, be it for a meeting, event or as a day pass holder and give the human element to their home site, guiding the way in which the community uses the space. They are expected to have a specialism such as hospitality, marketing and outreach or member services and will be in charge of delivering this area dynamically and successfully with in their site, guiding the decisions of the Community Manager in their particular area. Crucially our Community Associates are team players and can work harmoniously together to delivery a high quality product representative of Avenue HQ as a brand. They will be experts in their local areas and able to find their place within the wider business community while retaining the member at the focus of their mission.


BOOKKEEPER (PT)

We are looking for an experienced part time Bookkeeper to take responsibility for The Avenue Group’s effective control of its financial resources. The role will also entail control of the IT and administrative procedures involving accounting, invoicing and payroll systems in order to contribute to the the delivery of the company’s overall community and commercial objectives. It is a part time position suited to an experienced Bookkeeper with both an accounting qualification and viatally post qualification experience within a similar sized business. You should be able to supply and prove a successful track record of managing financial operations within a medium size or high growth business and have experience and familiarity with current legislation and practises.
