The Chamber

Capacity - 100

The Chamber is our premium theatre space, which can hold up to 100 people. With a fully-serviced bar and a kitchen next door, we ensure your guests are well fed and have the drinks they require.

With presentation facilities and standing or seating available, this is the perfect spot for your next conference or networking event.

The Gallery

Capacity - 30

The Gallery, with its private and professional atmosphere, is a flexible space here at Avenue HQ.

With a capacity of 30 people and fitted with audiovisual equipment, The Gallery is adaptable for a range of purposes, from meetings to workshops, and presentations to exhibitions. Use the space freely, whether standing or theatre style.

The Rooftop

Capacity - 60

The Rooftop, with its stunning views across Leeds, is the hub of Avenue HQ’s events and activities.

With panoramic views of the city, The Rooftop is the perfect way to wow your guests. It can hold up to 60 people and has a fully-serviced bar, ready to provide the drinks and food needed to keep your event going.

Secret Garden

Capacity - 50

Our Secret Garden can hold up to 50 people, and is the perfect location for a drinks reception or networking event.

With outdoor lighting and seating available, hire this space to make the most of our East Parade Social bar.

The Boardroom

Capacity - 12

The Boardroom is our executive meeting space for up to 12 people. Equipped with audiovisual facilities, this room is the perfect choice for your next team meeting.

Meeting Rooms - ABCDE

Capacity - 3/6

We have 5 smaller meeting rooms, perfect for hiding away from the world and getting some important work done, or for meetings of up to 6 people. Each room comes with a screen for your presentation needs.

From breakfast to canap├ęs and all in between, we have an extensive range of dishes on offer for all occasions. Our own on-site hospitality venue, East Parade Social, serves delicious, freshly cooked food suitable for any gathering.

Our catering offering provides many different options – all of which are built to give you the flexibility you require. No matter if you need a few nibbles and drinks, or a huge feast, we can make it work for you.

We tailor the setup of your event to your needs. With 500Mbps WiFi as standard, there’s no need to worry about the Internet being slow. We have audiovisual equipment available as standard in all our meeting spaces.
