OUR CURRENT AVENUE HQ LOCATIONS

MANN ISLAND, LIVERPOOL

Our first site is situated on the city’s historic waterfront. We opened in 2017, and we’re now home to nearly two hundred businesses, as well as a cutting-edge Barclays Eagle Lab.

EAST PARADE, LEEDS

Our new Leeds site is in a Grade II-listed building. Since opening in October 2018, nearly eighty businesses have chosen to relocate there, and Barclays have taken a whole floor.

ST PAUL’S SQUARE, LIVERPOOL

Our second Liverpool site – located in a Grade A office building in the heart of the commercial district – will open in early 2019. It will offer over 20 private offices, over one hundred co-working spaces, as well as a great events space.
