TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Definitions

Access Fob / Card
A physical or digital pass provided by Avenue HQ which permits access to an Avenue HQ location, subject to your membership level and these Terms.

Community Manager
The Avenue HQ team member responsible for the day-to-day management of the location in which you work and your primary point of contact.

Working Hours
Unless otherwise stated, 8.30am – 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and the Christmas / New Year closure period.

Confidential Information
All business, technical, financial and commercial information relating to Avenue HQ or to you (or your affiliates) which is not in the public domain.

Day Pass
A single-use pass allowing one person to use an Avenue HQ workspace for one working day during Working Hours.

Dedicated Desk
A designated desk provided for your exclusive use within a shared workspace area.

Flexshare
An additional access upgrade that allows more people to use the space than the number originally included in your Membership Plan.

House Rules
The rules of conduct, safety and use issued by Avenue HQ from time to time, including any building-specific guidance.

Hot Desk Membership
A membership that allows use of shared desks within communal work areas without exclusive or permanent desk allocation.

Location / Avenue HQ Location
Any co-working or office facility operated by Avenue HQ.

Member / You / Your
The individual or business named in the Membership Agreement, including your employees, contractors, guests and authorised users.

Members Portal
Avenue HQ’s online member area used to manage your details, bookings and services.

Membership Agreement
Your signed agreement with Avenue HQ, incorporating these Terms & Conditions.

Membership Plan
Your selected membership type as agreed with Avenue HQ.

Workspace
The desk, office, or shared area allocated or made available to you within an Avenue HQ Location.

We / Us / Our / Avenue HQ
The Avenue HQ entity that you have contracted with.

2. Membership Services

Subject to your Membership Agreement and these Terms & Conditions, Avenue HQ will provide, depending on your plan:

  1. Access to your allocated workspace during Working Hours

  2. Wi-Fi and utilities

  3. Regular cleaning of communal areas

  4. Use of shared kitchens, lounges and phone booths

  5. Access to meeting rooms (subject to availability and booking requirements)

  6. Community events and member networking opportunities

  7. Mail handling (where included in your plan)

Some services may incur additional charges.

3. Use of Workspace

You agree that:

  • You will only use the Workspace for professional, lawful business purposes

  • You will not cause disruption, nuisance or damage to Avenue HQ property or other members

  • You will comply with capacity limits, fire regulations and all health and safety requirements

  • You will not install equipment or alter the space without written consent

  • You are responsible for any damage caused by you, your team or your guests

Avenue HQ does not grant a lease. Your membership is a licence to use space only.

4. Access & Security

  • Access is for your personal or authorised team use only

  • You must not share, copy or allow others to use your Access Card/Fob

  • Lost or damaged access cards may result in a replacement fee

  • All Access Cards/Fobs must be returned upon termination

Avenue HQ reserves the right to use CCTV for safety and security purposes.

5. Payments & Liability

You agree to pay all fees as outlined in your Membership Agreement, including:

  • Membership fees

  • Add-on services

  • Replacement or damage costs

  • Overstay or misuse penalties (where applicable)

Avenue HQ is not liable for:

  • Business losses

  • Data loss or interruption

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of profit or opportunity

Liability (excluding death, injury or fraud) is limited to the amount you paid in the previous two (2) months.

6. Behaviour & Conduct

You must treat staff and members with respect and comply with all applicable equality, harassment and discrimination laws.

Abusive, illegal or dangerous behaviour may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private during and after the term of membership, unless disclosure is legally required.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with the notice period outlined in your Membership Agreement. Upon termination:

  • All access must cease

  • All Avenue HQ property must be returned

  • Any outstanding fees remain payable

9. Gifted Day Pass Promotion (Sign-Up Offer)

Where Avenue HQ is running a promotional campaign that includes a gifted day pass, the following terms apply:

  1. One pass per sign-up, one sign-up per person
    Only one (1) gifted day pass per person is permitted. Duplicate or fraudulent sign-ups will be void.

  2. Validity period
    The gifted day pass must be used within three (3) months of the original sign-up date. Unused passes will expire automatically.

  3. Location
    The day pass can be used at any Avenue HQ location, subject to availability.

  4. Not in conjunction with other offers
    The gifted day pass cannot be used in combination with any other discounts, promotions, vouchers or membership incentives.

  5. Non-transferable
    The gifted pass is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash value.

  6. Subject to availability
    Advance booking is recommended. A pass does not guarantee entry if the location is at capacity.

  7. Avenue HQ’s rights
    Avenue HQ reserves the right to amend, withdraw or refuse a gifted pass if misuse is suspected or if the terms are breached.
